We understand that sometimes things happen, so with that in mind we are always happy to take back our products and offer a refund or an exchange within 12 days of purchase. We offer a full guarantee and give a full/partial refund on any items you are not satisfied with.
We will only be able to accept returns/exchanges with the product in its original outer packaging. Due to the fact that we will need the box/bag codes with production dates etc.
Dry Items: We will only accept back product when there is 75% or more left in the package.
Raw Items: We are happy to exchange or refund your product for you in store, the product must not show any signs of thawing and refreezing, and include all original packaging.
Partially consumed products will be exchanged with an appropriate replacement value.
In the event you will not be placing another or replacement order, you are more than welcome to bring it to our location or a $10.00 pick up fee will be applicable. Pick ups will be scheduled when we are next in your area.
Damaged or Incorrect product: Mistakes happen, If any items are received damaged, incorrect or missing from your order, we ask that you notify us within 24 hour so we can rectify the issue in a timely manner.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, on confirmation that all goods returned have met these conditions.
