This is Scout. Also known as Scooty or Bunny. She came to us from a foster home which was part of VOKRA. I cannot say enough good things about VOKRA and their philosophy. The first time I visited Scout in her foster home, she was playing with all her siblings who were also up for adoption. Scout was the only one to jump right onto my lap as soon as I sat down. It was love at first sight. In this photo Scout was "helping" me study by hijacking my chair and walking all over the desk purring for some love. Who can argue with those eyes?!?!? Not I.
Her grand adventures of the day consisted of morning cuddles (aka "wake up and feed me mom"), some tussling with her sister Ebony, naps, more naps, and of course we can't forget her favourite part of the day: chowing down deliciously raw turkey/chicken meals. Switching to raw has done wonders for little Scooty. Previous diets, and we thought it was the best brand on the shelf, bloated her and she couldn't digest properly. It got so bad she couldn't even properly clean herself. That's when we made the switch. It took a few days to transition both our cats over but we are so glad we did it. They both have super soft luxurious fur. Scout in particular regained her energy and the digestion problem went away instantly which also meant fewer trips to the vet. Scooty loves it souch she begged me to share in hopes that she will win some free meals.
