Brand: Green JUJU
What is Green JuJu??
Green Juju™ is a whole foods supplement fed to dogs in addition to their kibble, raw, or home cooked meal. Carefully crafted in the Pacific Northwest, it contains certified organic, locally grown ingredients that provide essential nutrients to support canine immune systems, target specific processes and contribute to optimal health.
Each ingredient in Green Juju™ recipes is purposefully chosen to support canine health; from the anti-inflammatory agents that turmeric and ginger provide, to the anti-oxidant filled nutrient dense veggies, and digestive and joint supporting bone broth and coconut oil. The vegetables are blended to a fine consistency, breaking plant walls for optimal absorption, and then frozen to keep nutrients and enzymes intact.
A frozen whole food supplement made with vibrant orange organic vegetables, including butternut squash, golden beets and turmeric with duck bone broth.
• Easiest way to add fresh food to any diet!
• Grain free, gluten free, filler free, preservative free.
Ingredients: Organic butternut squash, organic celery, duck bone broth, organic cauliflower, organic golden beets, organic coconut oil, organic apple cider vinegar, organic ginger, organic turmeric.
How long does Green Juju™ last in the fridge?
Green Juju™ lasts about 5-7 days in the fridge once thawed. If you have a smaller dog, you can thaw out the container, portion out what you will use within 5-7 days, and refreeze the rest. Ice cube trays are also a great option for refreezing in portions!
How much should I feed my dog?
The recommended amount is 15-25% of the meal. Per weight, that would look like:
under 10lb 4tbsp
small 10-25lb 1/4 cup
medium 25-50lb 1/2cup
large 50-75lb 3/4cup
x-large 75lb+ 1cup
Can I feed Green Juju™ to my cat?
Green Juju™ was formulated for dogs, but we do know of a few cats who enjoy Green Juju™ with their meals! We suggest consulting with your veterinarian if there are any health concerns.
How do I get my dog to eat Green Juju™?
Start very slowly. A lot of dogs take to Green Juju™ right away, but if you have a picky dog, start with a very small spoonful, mix it into their meal, and slowly increase the amount over a few days.
Our dogs are used to eating food and treats that have been specially formulated to be super palatable to them, so natural foods may be a unique taste at first. We’ve noticed that over a number of days, they develop a taste for it, maybe because they know it makes them feel good! Pairing it with high value foods (like raw goats milk) will quickly develop a positive association with the unique taste of fresh vegetables.
Available in 15oz containers.
